EFFECT OF TREATMENT SOLUTION ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND MICROHARDNES TERNARY Ni-Al-Nb ALLOY DOPED WITH TITANIUM. Most types of these is age-hardenable because they γ’ particles' chemical composition Ni3(Al, Ti) γ’-phase matrix. This research will be alloy added alloying elements Ti. was conducted to study the mechanical properties, microstructure conditions some alloys distinction Titanium element (0,5% and 1% using method aging temperature variation performed a 650 °C,700 °C 750 with holding time 4 hours air cooling. Tests were determine characterization specimen includes testing metallographic optical microscope, Rockwell hardness C SEM- EDS,XRD. Results obtained from this that addition titanium affecting values as well results cast, solution treatment process results. The content can affect gamma prime coarsening make grain on result smooth.
